Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form

Consumers are entitled to the following right of cancellation: A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information on Returns

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Wherever possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transit damage by using suitable packaging.

2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect (unfree). Upon request, we will also gladly reimburse you for postage costs, provided they are not to be borne by you.

Please note that sections 1–2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
